What does the name Care Seed mean?
Our name, Care Seed, means caring for the seeds of human treasures. We see the potential of each learner as a seed, and help it grow through Japanese, job skills and classes at schools.
Why does Care Seed write jinzai as 人財?
In Japanese, 人材 means human resources and 人財 means human treasures; both are read jinzai. Our mission, 人材を人財へ (from human resources to human treasures), expresses the hope that workers are welcomed by the companies that hire them as treasures, and become assets of those companies. That is why this site writes jinzai as 人財. In general use, foreign workers are usually called 「外国人材」.
