A company in Numazu, Shizuoka. We help foreign workers aiming for Specified Skilled Worker status learn Japanese and job skills, help companies with DX, and teach at high schools and universities.
About us
About Care Seed
Care Seed was founded in Numazu, Shizuoka, in June 2025. Our main work is a learning app and learning support that help foreign workers study Japanese and job skills. We also help companies with DX and teach at high schools and universities.
Our mission, 人材を人財へ, plays on two ways of writing jinzai. 人材 means human resources; 人財 means people valued as treasures. We hope the companies that hire people from abroad will welcome them as treasures, and that each person becomes a true asset to the company. Care Seed supports the learning that makes this possible.
Our name, Care Seed, means caring for the seeds of human treasures.
Services
What we do
- 01 Global Talent Development From study at partner schools in Sri Lanka to life in Japan, our learning app and monthly study meetings help people learn the Japanese and job skills they need to work as Specified Skilled Workers. Placement with companies in Japan is carried out by our group company WoW SPACE.
- 02 DX Solutions We help companies go digital in many ways, from building business systems and making websites and videos to running the DX Literacy Course for company staff.
- 03 Education We teach classes on entrepreneurship, AI and other subjects at high schools and universities, and take on study-room tutoring, Eiken exam classes and other work to suit each school’s needs.
Learning App
Learning app
A learning app developed and run by Care Seed. From their time in Sri Lanka until after they arrive in Japan, learners study Japanese, job skills and daily life in Japan.
