Global Talent Development
From study in Sri Lanka to life in Japan, we support learning Japanese and job skills with our learning app and learning support.
Overview
Overview
Care Seed provides a learning app and learning support for people in Sri Lanka who want to work in Japan as Specified Skilled Workers, so they can learn Japanese and job skills. The focus is on the language and skills used in nursing care, manufacturing and services.
They study Japanese at partner schools in Sri Lanka and learn job skills the way they are done in Japanese workplaces at partner vocational schools. Before coming to Japan, they also prepare with the Care Seed learning app, studying Japanese, job skills and everyday rules of life in Japan.
After they arrive, they can keep learning with the app. Once a month, we meet them to check how their study is going.
