Care Seed was founded in Numazu, Shizuoka, in June 2025, as a group company of WoW SPACE Inc. We run a learning app and learning support for foreign workers, help companies with DX, and teach students.

We hope the companies that hire people from abroad will welcome them as treasures with their own dreams and potential, instead of counting them as labor, and that each person becomes a true asset to the company. That is what 人材を人財へ, from human resources to human treasures, means to us. Care Seed supports the Japanese and job-skills learning that makes this possible.

Message

Message from the CEO

In my second year of university, I saw firsthand how small and medium-sized companies in regional Japan were running short of people. That is how I came to this work.

I then co-founded WoW SPACE Inc., which trains foreign workers and places them with companies. WoW SPACE has placed foreign workers with companies across Japan. Along the way I came to believe that finding people a job is not enough. They need a place where they can keep learning Japanese and job skills, and a way to build a life in the community.

People come to Japan wanting to learn skills and contribute to the place they live. For them to work and live with peace of mind and pride, understanding and cooperation from the people around them are essential. Care Seed will build that model in Numazu, Shizuoka, and then take it to the rest of Japan.

Care Seed supports their learning, from before they arrive in Japan until after, with our learning app and study support. We want a society where people, communities and companies choose one another and grow together.

How we work with our group companies

Care Seed is part of the WoW group. Within the group, foreign workers are supported all the way from training to placement with companies in Japan, with each company handling its own part. Care Seed handles training through the learning app and learning support, and WoW SPACE Inc., which holds the job placement license, handles placement.
