Our CEO has moved to Numazu, Shizuoka

Shogo Hamaguchi, CEO of Care Seed, has moved to Numazu, Shizuoka. Living there, he will work face to face with companies and local government in eastern Shizuoka.

Why he moved

Eastern Shizuoka has an ongoing labor shortage, especially in nursing care, welfare and manufacturing. Care Seed has worked with local companies by supporting foreign workers in learning Japanese and by helping with DX. To keep these conversations going in person, our CEO decided to live in Numazu.
